By creating opportunities for women to learn about financial planning, retirement, estate and legacy considerations, career and financial decisions that often accompany life changes, the firm has been able to deepen relationships within the community while introducing more women to The Diamond Group Wealth Advisors’ financial planning approach.
New relationships and new business have been created through Lunch and Learns, ASK Marilyn blogcasts, Savvy Women mini gatherings and speaking engagements featuring Ms. Suey and local business leaders. Marilyn also created the Savvy Women Community on the premise that women needed to come together to support, not only the advancement of their careers, but also to enrich each other’s lives, families, financial matters and the causes they care deeply about.
The Diamond Group Wealth Advisors has also invested in expanding its team to maintain the personalized service and attention that have long been central to the client experience.
“Our senior staff carefully mentors new hires who, of course, have passed their certification requirements to become advisors. We also encourage them to pursue higher education and industry-specific training,” she said.
With the promotion of Dylan Gois to Wealth Advisor and the recent addition of Anh Vong, a licensed Client Service Associate, The Diamond Group Wealth Advisors has grown to a six-person team.

Dylan Gois graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Economics from the California State University, Long Beach. His passion to help others pursue their financial goals directed him towards the wealth management industry. Dylan collaborates with our dear clients to obtain a clearer picture of their financial house to reach their goals and dreams while providing a superb and positive experience.
Anh Vong serves as an LPL Registered Client Service Associate supporting Investment Advisory clients. Anh earned her B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Psychology.
As an LPL Registered Client Service Associate, Anh strives to be a trusted resource and a familiar point of contact for clients navigating their financial needs. Understanding that financial matters are often deeply personal, she takes the time to listen, understand each client's unique goals and priorities, and provide thoughtful, attentive support.
